There's no mention of the plastic overlay cover with CCL's listing and the cover price is $2.50 I have 3 copys now with a plastic overlay cover and a price on the back of $5.95 http://www.mycomicshop.com/search?TID=139261 has the plastic overlay mentioned but with a $2.50 cover price. Should I assume the cover price is wrong here and the other place or that I've found 3 variants in a row? I don't know if someone had a standard cover priced at $2.50 originally. Bamf!!! Is there a price printed on the cover that's under the overlay? I can see a UPC under the overlay's UPC so that's why I'm asking.

It's priced identically on the paper cover underneith just offset slightly. While I'm at it, I can't tell which "Nazrat" to use. One has (1986) and all 6 issues listed, the other only has 1 of the 6 issues listed. Of course I would end up with #1 which is identical to both #1's in both titles. Bamf!!! Photobucket Pages

My hunch is they all have a cover price of $5.95, I bet someone entered the price wrong & everyone else copied it. If someone can find a copy with a $2.50 cover price then naturally that theory gets tossed.

I'm guessing that's probably it but before I submitted a change to the price and tried to get something into the caption or somewhere appropriate I figure I'd better ask in a place others can see and check their copys. Even then I'm half expecting something like that silly bear comic someone submitted the flip side cover of as a variant with nothing to distingish it anywhere from the A listing to tell you it's either A or B. For the "Nazrat" I'm guessing since my luck didn't have me hit the megazillion lottery this week no matter which I choose without asking, it'll be the one getting invalidated tomorrow or whenever they get around to picking one. Use the title with the complete run. That's fully updated with the issues that changed publishers. The other title (and single issue) was probably entered in the database prior to the ability to change publishers on an issue becoming available. Please try to remember that not everything got entered in one shot - CCL has grown and new capabilities have been added along the way that unfortunately have created some duplication like this. Instead of a snarky comment 3 hours (on a weekend, no less) after first mentioning that there is a duplicate title please be patient.

Sometimes the humor comes out humorous, sometimes the humor comes out snarky. (Anyone got a link to dictionary.com so I can look up what snarky means?) Bamf!!! Photobucket Pages
