I have noticed that the last 2 PMs I received did not trigger an e-mail notification. Is this how it will be going forward or did I change a setting by accident?

I also just had a customer tell me the same thing, that he's no longer getting email notices. I seem to remember this happening many, many months ago and something had to be reset on the CCL end...
