hi guys so i was wondering, i wanted to get stuck into the earliest of the detective comics, probably right from issue #27 with the 1st appearance of batman. I understand that them comics are worth $$$$$$$$ so i think i will settle on the collected editions.... But i don't know were to begin. I have looked, but is there any collected volumes of detective comics listing every issue or will there ever be? so far all i have seen have been novels collecting issues here and there and not a straight run. i want to read right into the 700's in collected edition form and then start into the new 52 that's running at the moment. I want to also ask if there are such collected compendiums of these titles: - amazing spider man - batman - action comics thanks

check into some of the Showcase Presents collections It doesn't matter if it's 50 Cents or 50 Dollars - if you list it as NM it better be NM.Xylob's Most Wanted: G.I.Joe Special Missions TPB 2 Tales from the Transformers Beast Wars: Critical Mass Transformers: Timelines #3 - either cover, no preference. You could also check for books on DVD. I know all of those have been published that way, including the complete run of Batman & Detective. I know it's not the same as having a book to read but it is a lot cheaper. I just purchased Our Army at War 1-150 on DVD for $12 including postage.
