Wow! I'm doing beans too! I've got a mixture of Great Northerns, Navys and Garbonzos. Soaked them overnight. I'll start onions and garlic in the pot then add chunks of the leftover ham that I cooked on Christmas along with carrots and celery. Then add beans, turkey stock that I made from the Thanksgiving carcass and froze. Season and simmer until halftime! Final score: Redskins 27 Seahawks 18 Hail to the Redskins! Howie

Is it too soon to start getting excited for next year or wait for training camp to see if RG3 gets his knee and burst back?

I hope it works out well, I see he had surgery & they tried to clean up a couple messes in that knee. Lost a lot of respect for Shanahan, I was watching when RG3 hurt his knee right before they went up 14-0, that was the time to pull him, especailly when the backup had done a pretty good job a couple weeks earlier. Upset special - I would almost take the Ravens straight up in Denver. Pats vs Texans should be tighter too, 1st meeting was a blowout but there was a stretch in the middle where I thought the Texans outplayed them.

BOOM. Now I just hope the same thing doesn't happen to my team. Kinda crazy to think that the Texans could conceivably wind up hosting the AFC championship.
