Somebody keeps voting no on my change request additions but no one is explaining why. Can someone please enlighten me on why?

I don't know who or why there was a no vote on the one submission, but it is missing a Publish/Cover Date. That's pretty much a required piece of info and could be the reason. I only saw 1 no vote on one submission - I don't see no votes on other submissions of yours.

I only saw 1 no vote on one submission - I don't see no votes on other submissions of yours. Yeah, I saw one, thanks for helping me out there, the others I cleared through edits. If someone is going to vote no, should give a reason so I can correct the problem, just frustrating.
