Hello,
I have come to notice that the amount of books listed by the desktop software is different than the number i have uploaded to the store. I have uploaded everything, and do not have any other books in the software,. My shop total is about 1700 books, where my desktop program says about 1800.
I know its probably nothing, and probably something i did without noticing, but doors anyone have a solution on how to fix this? I have no idea what books, if any, aren't showing in the shop, and that's a lot if books to go through.
Has anyone else had, or is anyone else currently having, this issue?

Funny that you should mention that, I was just about to pose the same question. My store shows 11,048 books while the software says 12,709. If it was only a difference of 100 or less then I would attribute it to comics I have sold but haven't yet gotten deleted/removed on the software. But 1,000 comics is almost as much as I sell in a month and I log on frequently for updates and the Sync Manager. I would go through and count my comics by hand but number one I don't have that kind of time and secondly I don't want to come up with a third number! I actually noticed this last year when my inventory was about half what it is now. So I printed out a list of issues I had for sale and went through my boxes to verify that they were all listed. It took a while but everything matched up. Still not sure why the discrepancy.

Okay, well it's good to know I'm not alone on this.
But you did remind me i forgot to list an important detail. I do log in and update my software almost daily. Don't know how i could make an IT request and not mention updates. I must be slipping...

I think this has to do with a difference in what is being counted. The shop is totaling issues per title but the software is going one step further and totaling quantity of issues per title. So for example if you have 5 issues of batman #1 then the software will count all five but the store is only counting it as one. Take a look at the number of items your store has listed in the Store Locator and I think you'll see what I mean. It counts each individual item I your store.

That makes a lot of sense. Thanks for clearing things up! So I guess I have 1,000 multiples listed? I did not know that...
