Working on getting the series in order and found a Psi-Lords #3 with the Chaos Effect Epsilon banner across the top. the issue's published release is dated Nov. The Time Walker issue 1 noted on page 3 of the website series does not have any Chaos Effect banner or logo on its cover.
Am I right to think that instead of Time Walker #1 that the story arc reaches its conclusion through Epilogue 1 then Psi-Lords 3 then Epilogue 2 and that Time Walker is not a real part of the arc??
Any clarification is helpful as I have not read the arc yet.

Chaos Effect started with Chaos Effect Alpha (a one-shot) in October 1994
Then had four sub-arcs - Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon (some more cohesive than others)
Beta (October): Shadowman #29, Second Life of Doctor Mirage #11, Turok #16, Secrets of the Valiant Universe #2 Gamma (October): Bloodshot #20, Secret Weapons #13, Ninjak #8, A&A/EW #26 Delta (November): Harbinger #34, Armorines #5, X-O #33, HARD Corps #23 Epsilon (November): Solar #39, Psi-Lords #3, Rai #26, Magnus #41
And ended with Chaos Effect: Omega (a one-shot) in November 1994.
This was followed by the two issue Chaos Effect: Epilogue series in December and January.
I'm not sure why Timewalker #1 is tagged with the story arc. I think (but it's been since 1994 since I've read this), the series spun out of Chaos Effect, but it's not an actual tie-in.
The story arc in the database of Chaos Effect Epsilon is an incomplete sub-arc (odd that someone only entered one issue for one sub-arc).
