Due to financial reasons, I'm trying to trim down my monthly pull list a bit. It's hard. I'll have a new list made up in my head and then go "Oh crap I forgot about XYZ title." Or I'll eliminate a book and then think I'll miss it too much Crying . It's not like I can't catch up later.

Anyone else ever have this problem??

I never have that problem...I never cut back, and I buy everything.

The following stores are all stores that I've dealt with or have become friends with through the forums and I highly recommend them all.
Comics Castle-AKA Pat McCauslin
Alpha Comics--ComicVortex--Comic Cellar--Hall of Heroes--Swifty's Olde Tyme Comic Shoppe

Yeah, it definitely sucks. I had to do that about a year and a half ago or so. Cut out Marvel completely and just concentrated on Transformers (new and old). Then DC launched the New 52. Then Image went and started getting good again. So I'm back up to 30+ titles. But hey, still no Marvel.

I was thinking about dropping a few of my more 'high-profile' DC titles and just getting the TPBs that are inevitable for them, but the last few years the TPBs haven't always been complete (let's just leave out issue #xx for the hell of it) and even more recently the TPBs aren't really much (or any) cheaper than picking up the individual issues...

When my 1st child was born I had to cut back considerably and that was pretty tough.. now I have another child coming in June and my wife is not going to be working so I pretty much have to stop buying completely. I'm going to try and come back to them as soon as I can but I fear I'm going to be without comics for quite some time.. sucks

Use your comic money you spend now on diapers. When the child's out of diapers--resume the comic buying.Laughing

I hate the wait for DCs TPBs to come out. There seems to be a lot bigger delay compared to Marvels trade releases. And yeah there isn't much of a savings anymore.
