I happen to like me some cheese. I'm not talking about that stuff in the spray can or the orange powdered crap contained in the blue box of macaroni nor am I referring to that oily abomination labelled "American Cheese".

No, I like CHEESE. Whether it's a creamy smoked gouda, pungent Maytag or sharp manchego I like it.

I just discovered Danablu, a Danish Blue cheese that rocks my world! All time faves include:

Feta on just about everything - salads, tossed in pasta, baked in phyllo

Brie of course - put a couple of thin slices on a warm roast beef sandwich, yum yum

Mascarpone - sort of like ricotta but creamier, good in pastas or making spreads or sandwich filling

Red Leicester - very cheddar-like, makes a good mac 'n cheese

I like cheese, yes I do
I like cheese, how about you?

When you shop at Hall of Heroes you can expect:

Fantastic Customer Service
Quality Comics at Reasonable Prices
Variety

I won't say that I have the most of this or that but I will say that I offer a diverse selection of comics from the earliest days of publishing right up until the most recent releases. In addition to the Big 2 (Marvel and DC) hundreds of smaller publishers are represented in my Inventory. Browse through my Store Shelves to find hidden gems that you may have forgotten about. Scans provided upon request and I have an "Open Door" communication policy. Thank you all for your continued support!

I'm a bit of a cheese enthusist also. Currently in the house, I have:

Vermont White Cheddar

Danish Harvarti

BellaVitano Espresso Cheese

BelGioioso Sharp Provolone

Some of my other favorites include Irish Kerry Gold Dubliner, German Butterkase, Spanish Manchego, and English Cathedral Cheddar, and an Amish cheese I pick up in Shipshewana, IN called Thunderjack... it's a marbled Monterrey Jack cheese with red and green jalapeno flecks mixed in (it's great on burgers and Mexican).

Just discovered this shop in Kalamazoo, MI where my LCS is. Can't believe I didn't know about it before about 2 weeks ago. Over 100 cheeses from all over the world. Free samples too!

That sounds incredible. Do they do on-line sales? Oh wait, they're Amish. Sounds like a road trip to me.

Ha. Believe it not, they actually do have online sales. Here's their site and here's the link to their Thunderjack!
