LOTR are some of my absolute favorite movies ever. Utter crap compared to the books, but still some of my all-time favorite movies.

I went with Harry Potter. I think the books were fantastic and they did a great job translating them to film. Narnia was a very close second. I love LotR but I just don't have the time or attention span to sit down and watch a ~3 hour movie anymore.

Lord of the Rings for me. Absolutely epic in every way. Great story, great action, fantastic special effects and sets, incredible music, and great actors.
