But my suggestion was blown off by you - it was pretty much the same suggestion Swift gave you. Reboot your connectivity hardware.

Sorry, but that has resolved the issue for me EVERY single time I've gotten a 502 error on here in the past unless the entire site is down. For all of you - if there were major outages, it would be bigger than 2 or 3 people reporting it. Dylan, I know it's not a major issue because people are still accessing the site.

But these types of connectivity issues, whether on the members end or on CCL's, are a perfect example of why going to a fully online solution would be another nail in the coffin of CCL.

Sorry if you perceived it as blowing you off, when you suggested it. I responded, but as I said at the time I doubted that was the problem as it was only this site. I did try your suggestion and reset my router in the week between comments, but didn't say anything on here. Which I should have done before bringing it up the next week. Scott i appreciate what you do on here and the fact that you did jump in with a suggestion right away.

Bottom line though whether it was you making the suggestion or Swift in the end we see just how much CCL is involved here on the bugs page or any other updates. Maybe I got spoiled in the early days when a problem was addressed within hours and updates were coming constantly. But when there is no response in 10 days or updates in years, I perceive it as them not really caring anymore.
