I picked these up at a market and have no clue who they are! Does anyone here?

Look on the lower back or on the side of the legs for markings. Most figures have some way to identify them so there should be a date at least and some type of manufacturing mark like "Hasbro" or "Kenner". It will be marked directly on the figure so underneath the clothing accessories.

What size are they? Appears to be 12"

OK I can see Twilight Magic Works 1999 on the back of the female. And K&M 2001 on the male.
