This item is brand new; I don't want to remove it from its packaging unless I have to. I do not have the retail box for it, just the item in its packaging. I have tried to Identify this figure by searching google pictures for GI joe WW2 German action figure, but didn't see any pictures of it. Can anyone help?

It's possible that it could be from the Soldiers of the World line. Looks like a 12" figure. Can you see a date stamp anywhere? Maybe on the feet?

Thanks for helping. It is a 12" figure. I didnt want to unpack it, but I will check the feet as suggested and post any info I see. Just in case I need to unpack it, where else should I look for marking's?

The bottom of the feet is the first place I usually look. If not there then the back of the waist or the small of the back. Sometimes it's on the inside of the leg.

Any evidence of a date/year stamp?

I removed it from its packaging to check his feet, but there was nothing there. Then I took off all his clothes, and looked everywhere, but saw no visible markings, but then, I saw something on the back of his right ass cheek, but it was too small to read, I took a magnifying glass, and I was able to read it. It says the following below. I'm trying to figure out the value of it, but even searching google images with that info, I I'm still not able to find any pictures of it.
