How does this work ? Do I list the books from other sellers and you credit me ?
My concern is I am buying from multiple vendors and an example of last night was I had 92.00 of your books in my cart and was topping it off and grabbed 3 books that were 7-8 ea then was looking for more copies and found the same books for 2.00ea and was concerned I had/was going to over pay on many others so just blew off the order.
Another concern is I buy your book for 5.00 and another members for 3.00 and you look up the book and see none left for sell so leave the price at 5.00
you see my concerns ?

I want to buy books,but I want to allow my money to stretch as far as possible so I can keep buying. I am spending 75.00-100+ each night while bored :)

The lowest price on CCL is $10, so he'll take 10% off that, which would be $1, meaning it'd be $9. Still don't know how that'd work though. Hence my apprehension about making an order.

Yes. That is how it is meant to be read. Blue Moon is saying the have the lowest prices on CCL (a marketing gimmick, much like Wal-Mart's "Always Low Prices"), and that they will refund you 10% on any order placed with the store.
They are not saying that they will give you 10% off someone else's price if it happens to be lower.
