Geoff Johns will be joined by David Finch and the team will be under the guidance of Steve Trevor. On the team we see Vibe, Catwoman, Martian Manhunter, the new Green Lantern, Stargirl, Katana, Hawkman and Green Arrow. You can check out an interview with Johns and Finch over at MTV Geek. What do you think about this roster? Does this team make sense? We'll see more of this in 2013. Are you ready for another Justice League comic?

It looks like they are going for a much grittier team ... which makes me wonder what Stargirl is doing there.

While I dont like Stargirl, Vibe, the new GL (Hal is the best), and Katana on this team...I do like Green Arrow, Hawkman, and Martian Manhunter fighting together. I also like the creative team and think they will bring a lot to the title. It bugs the heck out of me that people are complaining about the new DC being too dark. Some of those same people used to complain that DC Comics were too campy. How many of you heard Marvel fans complain that Superman and Aquaman were too wimpy and the stories were too corney so they never got into DC? I've heard that a million times over the years.

so is this going to be a new title altogether? the current title is just Justice League, but that pic says Justice League of America...

I liked the original Justice League with Superman, Batman, Flash, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, Aquaman, Wonder Woman. These were during the silver/bronze age but i like that Martian Manhunter is still in the new one

As mentioned in the article at the top of the thread, the character to the left of Catwoman is Vibe and to her right is Steve Trevor. The New GL was introduced in DC's Free Comic Book Day book this year and will make his official debut in the very near future. His name is Baz, I believe.

This team reminds me of Justice League: Task Force from the 90s, which isn't a good thing.

Hopefully a totally different book. Other than no Martian Manhunter, the current iteration of the Justice League is spot on.
