Does anyone know where Doug Moench's accusation of Jim Shooter being responsible for Gene Day's death was published?
Shooter, when he was blogging last year, related the tale of being blamed by Doug Moench, in print, for the death of Gene Day (this would have occurred ca. 1983, after Day's death and around the time Moench, um, found better work prospects away from Marvel). Unfortunately, Shooter didn't cite the specific publication in which this lurid accusation was recorded.
I would like to read Moench's accusation, unfounded as it likely is. Does anyone know where it appeared? Does anyone have a copy for sale?
