Fantastic game in the sense that you can do just about anything and go just about anywhere. But at the same time, it's FAAAARRRR too easy. I was just plowing through enemies (including dragons) after just a handful of level-ups. ***CHECK OUT MY COMIC TRADING LIST, CLICK HERE******TRADE VIDEO GAMES WITH ME, CLICK HERE******TRADE COMIC CARDS WITH ME, CLICK HERE***Make sure that you read and understand the forum rules here

Just DL'ed Crysis last night. Just one level in but not too impressed so far. I know I'm playing an inferior version being on a console, but it seems like the gameplay is a Halo/COD amalgum. The gunplay reminds me of COD while the your character is definitly a spartan clone. He has sheilds, camoflage, augmented jump as well as melee, & a run boost. I will keep playing though before I give it my final judgment.

Got 5 PS2 games altogether for $1 at GameStop today, for that price ANY game is worth it! -Ace Combat 04: Shattered Skies -ATV Off-Road Fury 2 -Defender -Ridge Racer V -Robotech: Battlecry And while I was there I got Super Paper Mario for Wii! It looks like a blast. And it was under $20, for a Mario game! I also got these for $3.99 a piece at Goodwill today, all in their original cases and everything: -Jet Moto 2 -Need For Speed III: Hot Pursuit -Ridge Racer ***CHECK OUT MY COMIC TRADING LIST, CLICK HERE******TRADE VIDEO GAMES WITH ME, CLICK HERE******TRADE COMIC CARDS WITH ME, CLICK HERE***Make sure that you read and understand the forum rules here

Super Paper Mario is friggin awesome. Its one of those rare games that has a great storyline, witty dialogue, and is simply just a blast to play.

Downloaded X-Com: Enemy Unknown from Steam. Pretty great so far.
Big signatures are REALLY annoying.

Just picked up the latest Twisted Metal. Why don't more PS3 games support custom soundtracks?????? I love blowing $h!t up to my own tunes! It's a pretty sweet game as far as I can tell so far from the limited time I've had to play it. Anybody wanna blow $h!t up with me? Xylob's not hard to find on PSN. It doesn't matter if it's 50 Cents or 50 Dollars - if you list it as NM it better be NM.Xylob's Most Wanted: G.I.Joe Special Missions TPB 2 Tales from the Transformers Beast Wars: Critical Mass Transformers: Timelines #3 - either cover, no preference. Problems with CCL? 615-264-4747 Offices are open M-F 8am-5pm Central Time. You can also e-mail the Chief Brand Officer directly to try to resolve questions/stuff at steve@golocomedia.com for help with password resets, general customer service questions, store order resolution, credit card store updating, questions about comic books and CCL, etc...

And it was awesome! But like no other games did. ***CHECK OUT MY COMIC TRADING LIST, CLICK HERE******TRADE VIDEO GAMES WITH ME, CLICK HERE******TRADE COMIC CARDS WITH ME, CLICK HERE***Make sure that you read and understand the forum rules here

EAs racing games do on the PS3, and Mortal Kombat Vs. DC Universe did, but Twisted Metal has been the only other game I've run across that will let me listen to the tunes on my HD while I play. I think part of it has to do with the licensed music in games - why would the developers waste their time, money, and efforts getting those terrible songs from 'popular' artists just to let you listen to what you want to instead? A typically turn off BGM, or minimize the volume whenever possible. When it comes to racing games, I prefer listening to the cars. As far as other game types, I still prefer to listen to the SFX and voice rather than BGM. Music doesn't play for me when I do sh!t in real life, why would I want it when I'm trying to save the world in a Video Game?

Got these 2 today for dirt cheap: And the Power Rangers one still had the original box intact, which was pretty cool since it had one of those flimsy cardboard boxes that the late-the-Genesis's-life games came with. Those things usually don't last. ***CHECK OUT MY COMIC TRADING LIST, CLICK HERE******TRADE VIDEO GAMES WITH ME, CLICK HERE******TRADE COMIC CARDS WITH ME, CLICK HERE***Make sure that you read and understand the forum rules here

As a general rule I turn the BGM off too (unless it also kills all the voice which = poorly made game) - but I always listen to tunes when I play driving games or fighting games.
