Cover looks mostly like the #1 cover scan in the database but the price is 15 cent instead of 12 cent. No "The" in "The Little Monters" at the top either.  Indica scan shows the indica labeling this as issue #13 and again in the cartoon box above the indica.

From what I've been able to find, this is #13 and it does indeed have an almost identical cover to #1. The cover in the database is incorrect for #1; if you look, you'll see that #13 and #15 have the same cover in the database.

So someone should submit this cover as #13 as a change request or is the cover from #1 being moved over to be the cover scan for #13 or should this be submitted as a Variant B of 13 since the cover scan for issue #1 suggests it's still a different color and cover price from at least one other variant of 13?

I've corrected LM 13 with this cover. The original cover on 13 was clearly the same scan as 15 so I'll chalk that up as a goof. The fact that 13 and 1 use the same art is no big deal - Gold Key/Whitman/Dell reused art all the time.
