Problem: Issue Listed for Sale on Site but NOT on Software

I have two issues of Walking Dead (2003) that in the software are not in the "Items I'm Selling" tab and are in the Select To Sell tab.

However, when I look at those issues (#19 and 22) online, they are for sale.

When I try a relist the books that are available in my software, I get the following pop-up:

"Send to Live Market NOT completed. Failure inserting market issue into database. If retry does not complete then please Contact Us."

Granted this makes sense as the issues are already listed, but... I can't delist the issues already there through the website. I tried tweaking the sales price through the website and then updating the software (which does note those issues updated) but that doesn't change anything. And I'm concerned about problems cycling these through the process if they do sell.

Any ideas?

I have a couple that are screwed up as well, I have Ororo & Ronin sets that can't be delisted or added to a cart. I no longer have them so if someone can figure out how to remove them it'd be great.

Have you guys tried going to the Sync Manager tab in the desktop software and and hitting the sync button?

Worked for the Walking Dead issues and found an "unresolved" Final Crisis issue I'll have to look into.
