Desktop program acting up

I booted up the desktop program today and it has gone right mental. It made me log back in as if my account was brand new. It then processed all my purchased again from the last year and only showed just them in my collection. I tried restoring from a pack up and in is now stuck on the load in screen.

If you're in a hurry you have to call them. If you just wait, you may never get the attention of anyone at CCL that can help. Those cobwebs, spider's and scary looking ghosts over there in the corner aren't just the Halloween decorations still up, this is a true ghost town and that's the real permanent decor. Big Grin

I was eventually able to get it to restore from a back up. Just odd that is decided to have a conniption fit.
