I have a ton of scans and would like to put them in my listings to give buyers a better idea on condition. I would rather do it from the ccl software before uploading, but is that possible? I can't find a way to do it.... I also just realized that i want to include a slew of store shelves and have items fit into certain ones..Is that on the software too? I can't find anything about adding store shelves...Do i have to do that after they are uploaded to the site? Any help greatly appreciated.

I don't have the software open at the moment, so I'm not sure of the names, but...

When you are adding a book under My Collections, there should be 3 tabs. One tab is where you list the price paid, selling price and Market Notes. The second tab is where you list the condition. I think the third tab is called something like "My Data" or "Personal Data" or something like that. Anyway, it has a block for Personal Notes (These do not get seen in your listing) and spots for 3 images (typically Front cover, centerfold and back cover.) There should be "Add" and "Remove" buttons under each of these. You can use those to navigate to and select your images. You can also drag and drop an image into one of the spaces (I think you need to use the "Add" button at least once before the SW will let you do that)

Unless it's been changed in a recent update, you MUST add images before uploading the books to your store, meaning if you want to add an image to an already listed book you normally need to delist the book, add the image and relist it.

To view the images attached to your listings you need to look at the "Details" page for the listing.

You can add scans to an existing listing, I do it all the time. The only thing is you also have to change the price or the condition when you add the scans to get it to upload, it won't do it by itself.

Say I have a Spidey 128 I want to add scans for, I open it under items for sale, go to the 3rd tab & add the scans, change the price a penny before I close the box, presto, should be all set. You can change the price right back after they upload.
