I need to show my wife all your pics on this post. "See honey compared to these guys. Mine isn't bad at all". In my head. I am saying "Oh yeah. I need to catch up.". Dancing

I have 125,191 comics, plus whatever comes in the mail today.

Did you know you can build some pretty sturdy furniture out of well-packed comic boxes if you have to?

I am actually about to eliminate a good majority of my individual comics and focus mainly on one genre (Conan/Red Sonja) to try and complete 100%. If the urge hits me for something else I'll just grab a TPB instead of individual issues, so my collection is going to drop by a couple thousand over the next year.

According to the CCL software, I currently have 6,957 books (including trades). That amounts to 20 long boxes, 6 short boxes, and a half a bookshelf.

Stayed home sick one day this week. I was getting restless just laying in bed so I decided to organize my comic book collection. At least move some furniture around and my whole collection into an easy access area. Instead of stacking them in a corner and hiding them in a closet. Never really counting them. I put them on a table I had in the garage. I ended up with 11 long boxes and 6 short boxes. Roughly 3 thousand plus comic books. Pretty happy with the decision. Now I can look at them easily and quickly without moving a bunch of stuff around.
