If I deleted my store for a few months an then start it back up would I lose my feedback? I don't have time to keep up with ccl right now but don't want to lose my feedback for when I start it back up again in a few months

I'm not sure about closing the store, but if you put the store on vacation everything will be the same when you get back. You'll still need to pay the monthly fee, but we really aren't talking about a lot of money considering the work of relisting everything and possibly losing your feedback.

You have to close the store to not incur fees. If you simply go on vacation mode you will still be charged.
