I was just adding this to my collection in the database, and I'm confused. I see no difference between A-C of this book. In the database they have the same cover, the same printing date, and the same cover price. Why are these variants? It's entered as if they are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd printings. Very often, publishers will forget to change the publication date on later printings. Either that, or whoever submitted them got lazy.

DC NEVER changes the copyright date in new printings. If there's an all new edition, they'll finally change the date, but if it's the exact same thing, even printed 10 years apart, they will only ever have the original year in there.

They either explicitly state the printing on one of the two title/credits pages or they have a number sequence of 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 or 10 8 6 4 2 1 3 5 7 9. Whatever the lowest number shown is the printing.
