Just finished watching this last night. Pretty dang good. Much better than the first part, which I felt was far too drawn out and got boring. This one was action packed. And it had not 1, but 2 amazing gritty fights between an old-man Batman and The Joker, and Batman and Superman. And for those, like me, that didn't appreciate Frank Miller's artwork in the original graphic novel, thankfully it has the normal DC Animated movie quality to it. The Joker's voice seemed off, though. I guess I've just been spoiled for too long by Mark Hammil's portrayal. It's available on Netflix, that's where I got it. Check it out. Anyone else watch it? What are your thoughts on it? ***CHECK OUT MY COMIC TRADING LIST, CLICK HERE******TRADE VIDEO GAMES WITH ME, CLICK HERE******TRADE COMIC CARDS WITH ME, CLICK HERE***Make sure that you read and understand the forum rules here

Just watched both last weekend. I have the GNs, but haven't read either yet. I liked this story a lot - it was really freakin' cool, but kind of a rip-off because both parts could have easily fit on one disc. In fact, I'm thinking of ripping and reburning as one movie and 'selling' the retail discs... I think the portrayal of Reagan was pretty funny, never seen Supes as such a tool in anything before which was kind of a cool twist on the 'norm'. Overall, the two discs together were a damn good movie. It doesn't matter if it's 50 Cents or 50 Dollars - if you list it as NM it better be NM.Xylob's Most Wanted: G.I.Joe Special Missions TPB 2 Tales from the Transformers Beast Wars: Critical Mass Transformers: Timelines #3 - either cover, no preference. Friggin' love the Graphic Novels, friggin' love these DTVs! DC animation just seems to keep getting better and better with animating fight scenes. Very faithful adaptation, very well done. This is up there as one of my fav of DC animated.

I've "almost" gotten all the recent DC Premiere releases on Blu Ray and then gone with DVD at the last minute because it just doesn't seem like the BD has enough on it to cover the extra $$$ - not enough bang for the buck IMO... I already own the Superman TAS, Bats TAS, Bats Beyond, The Batman, and Justice League series so the 'bonus' eps are no added value for me.
