I scored these TMNT variants at mile high comics in Lakewood CO on monday for cover price! I was pretty happy to find these so easily. especially for a store known to ask an arm and a leg for some books. and then i got this one for 6 bucks off the wall.

Finally grabbed Hellboy Library Edition Vol 1. for half cover price. I had it on my Amazon wishlist for a long time, then went to finally buy it and found out it was sold out/out of print. Didn't think I'd ever hunt one down for a reasonable price.

I bought two copies of Batman Incorporated #8 yesterday on ebay for about 7 bucks a piece shipped. I did not have this book on my pull list, and the hype about it was kind of overwhelming, so I started looking around. There were copies of this going for over $20 already out there. I looked at "Buy It Now" listings and found a guy that had 2 out of 10 left at 4.95 a piece. I went ahead and grabbed em...

After reading last year's Free Comic Book Day reprint of the first issue of this series, I've been really tempted to start ordering it. It was REALLY well done. And I haven't been a TMNT fan since I thought girls had cooties. My problem, though, is that I already spend too much on DC and Marvel purchases alone. I feel guilty spending more on comics. ***CHECK OUT MY COMIC TRADING LIST, CLICK HERE******TRADE VIDEO GAMES WITH ME, CLICK HERE******TRADE COMIC CARDS WITH ME, CLICK HERE***Make sure that you read and understand the forum rules here

I feel guilty spending more on comics. its extremely well done. i got into turtle books in 07 with tales of the TMNT and this so far is the best turtle book since the first run. it has a new twist on their origin and their relationship with splinter... if you feel guilty drop whatever crap your getting from marvel or DC and get it. its that good IMO... you'll need to get the trades though... single issues of the first few are a little expensive.

There is an early version of Nowhere Men in that issue. Note that preview has nothing to do with the current series though.
