I haven't seen it yet but it looks cool. I'm definitely interested, I have always been curious about that era in history. I can trace my family roots to Norway so I like to think I have some Viking blood in me! Did you see the show? How was the acting? How about scenery, costumes, etc.? History Channel usually does a pretty good job. I am going to try to catch a repeat or On Demand at some point.

I was personally disappointed. It started off well, but just didn't hold my interest. Maybe I'm a little spoiled by Spartacus and Game of Thrones. Just ... to me, kinda meh. Hope you guys enjoy it better!

I just saw a commercial of it the other day. I thought it was "coming soon", didn't realize it was already here. Have to set my DVR.

It started out good. They are building towards a showdown between two of the main characters. I am going to give it a few episodes before I pass judgement. They have to keep it reigned in because it is on the History Chan so they are limited in ways a show on Stars or HBO are not.
