and wanted to also say to those members that have pending orders or just those members who have supported us here while we were open, we love you guys and are soo very grateful for your support i just want you guys that support me to know i appreciate you guys to the fullest...it means the world to me...Don

Got a shipment today, a big one, probably a couple hundred books...I was very pleased....I have absolutely no personal probs with u, like I said before, I accept the slower shipping times because of the extremely low price of the books. I also know u have a (banned) ton to ship... I do hate to see the back and forth between u and the other members, but u guys have been on here a lot longer than me, so prob a lot of stuff I don't know about( I assume there is some drama involved in your shutting down, I saw somewhere u mentioned favoritism or whatever)... So pretty much minding my own business, and not picking sides, and waiting on all those wonderful comics that I still have coming from you...

What about jokes concerning ignorant bullies who can't even spell at a 3rd grade level and leave horribly nasty and mean responses to legitimate feedback from buyers and then say "it was my moms!".
Now that's a Yo Mama joke fo sho...
At the very least it's on topic regarding "Poor Customer Service", no dispute there, but what's the joke? The seller: that's the joke.

At first, I thought it was a simple bad customer service situation. While not a huge deal because the guy got his money back, it was still a bad customer service situation. But nothing that should have gotten to the level it has on this thread. A simple explanation sent to the customer was all that was needed.

But now this is so much more. Don has come out and shown us all his true colors. Not only has he not manned up and admitted his mistake that is apparent to everyone else, but now he's lashing out and insulting members of the community for calling him out on it. And trash talking CCL itself more than once.

This kind of behavior is pretty much ensuring that I will never, ever purchase a comic from him here or anywhere else. And I'm sure he's done the same thing to a lot of other customers here. He's acting like a child.

Just freaking man-up, admit you made a mistake, and try not to piss everyone else off as well that had nothing to do with the transaction while you at it. Just because you've been here a long time doesn't mean you've got the right to act like a 10-year old, in my book.

And thanks for pulling down the integrity of this website a little more. That's just great for everyone.

For me it was when he repeatedly left mean spirited hateful feedback against any customer who didn't kiss his ass when they left their feedback. He even did it for customers who left him "Hero" ratings, going so far as to call many of his customers "cry babies". What a class act!
