Before I asked this question I did a search and couldn't find a answer, probably because I really don't know a good way to word the search.

My question is when I view my wish list certain books show up for sale but, when I click on the details they are no sellers. Is that a bug or is there some sort of preferred buyer thing going on where you need a certain rating or a "on hold" that shops can do.

my apologies if I'm bringing up a old discussion. (I can't even figure out how to view older threads)

The search feature here is iffy at best.
As for seeing that X number of copies are for sale then going to the item and seeing that none are for sale - that's a problem with the site that Jim and company have been working on for a while.
Part of it may be that the seller has their store on vacation, but I think there's more to it than that.

I think it has to do with stores that have closed up. CCL keeps their inventory on file for a certain amount of time just in case they decide to reopen. It is frustrating but can't be helped at this time.

The following stores are all stores that I've dealt with or have become friends with through the forums and I highly recommend them all.
Comics Castle-AKA Pat McCauslin
Alpha Comics--ComicVortex--Comic Cellar--Hall of Heroes--Swifty's Olde Tyme Comic Shoppe

Actually I thought Jim said in another thread that its from when stores improperly close and just close with out removing inventory. It is essentially the same thing I guess, old inventory from a closed store. :)
