Steve Boyd is CCL's Director, and while he may not have all the answers on the technical side, he can direct your question to someone who can help...possibly even me if I'm here. He can usually be found in his office Monday through Friday from 8am - 2pm Central Time. Steve does consistenly check CCL throughout the day, so if he's slow to respond, he's probably playing catch up, helping someone else at the moment or out buying comics - but he will get back with you.
Try the office first. If it is an emergency, please feel free to use the cell number. I will be working with priority support to make sure that all paying customers are taken care of quickly and have their technical issues resolved as quickly as possible. We are working on some upgrades, and I want to be work some of the technical issues, so I can determine if we need to do a development upgrade.
