I've started reading the original Amazing Spider-Man run. I'm currently on Issue #4 (first appearance of Sandman). Digital of course.

The WWBN, also the Man-Thing issues were good, Frankenstein, tough to grade those without stopping & reading them. I don't get to read too much these days but a couple years ago I got the reprints of Cerebus 1-50, wound up reading all the way to 112, what good stuff. The letters from the editor & the reader letters are half the enjoyment so the complete reprints are the way to go. Toward the end it was fascinating in a car-wreck sort of way, the reader backlash after the rape issue sent the title into a tailspin & it never recovered, but it was great while it lasted. I think the Mick Jagger / Keith Richards parody in 85 & the Secret Sacred Wars parody in 81-84 are some of the biggest LOL issues ever, can probably find them for under a buck too.

I really loved Cerebus back in the early 80s and at one time had just about a full run except for like the first nine issues, wish i still had em but i sold em before i moved to FL

I just read the House of M mini for the first time and I loved it. Especially Peter's reaction to the whole thing. Are the Spider-Man tie-ins worth picking up?

After finally re-obtaining all the issues, I finally went back and reread the Fatal Attractions storyline from the X-Men books.

Have been reading Giffen/Dematties/Mcguire Justice League stories; I didn't get them when they first came out but discovered them recently thanks to a flea market bargain box. Batman decking Guy Gardner: hilarious!

As of now I'm trying to work my way thru two back-issue series. The first is the 375-425 issues of Action Comics, the second is 20-30 of the first volume of Power pack.

I just bought some back issues myself at the comic store near me.
I got:
Spider-Man Unlimited #4 from 1993 Avengers #301 The Avengers Double-Sized Annual #14
In both Avengers they have Fantastic Four in them which i thought was a bonus
