SHS 1 - Fight Schedule

Fights will post between 9 and 10 pm Central time on Thursdays, Saturdays and Mondays. Each fight will run for 24 hours, Fight submissions are due by 9 pm Central time the day before each schedule fight (roughly 24 hours in advance). The longer lead time is partially to give me time to put the post together, but also to encourage managers to post rationales for their fights by providing more time to develop them. If possible, please submit to COC@ComicCollectorLive.com. This allows all 3 game moderators to view your submissions. You may also submit to me through the CCL PM system. Environments are posted hereSHS 1 FIGHT SCHEDULE    Beginning with Fight 35 (1st Semi Final) the Mods will be assigning the fight environments. Fight 1 posts Thursday, August 2 between 9 and 10 Central time. Submissions are due to me by 9 pm Central on Wednesday August 1.

HEY!! I'm the away team in 5 out of my 6 fights! Shouldn't that be more squared for purposes of environment picking? ......or, are the mods trying to give you other schmucks a chance againts me?

Sorry Cei-U, I let the randomizer pick the schedule and that's how it came out. I didn't check to see how balanced home/away came out.

When do we see what the environments are? Hopefully today, I'll have them up by tomorrow night for sure. I've got a list, now it's just a matter of researching descriptions. I really miss the terrific environment developer we had for COC 6.

To balance out the home/away just a little, I flipped who has what for the Round 6 fight between Burning Doom and Comic University

Hopefully the 3rd time's the charm. I've updated the schedule so that it should be balanced with everyone fighting each other once and having an equal number of home/away fights over teh first 7 rounds. (At least Doom and Cei-U aren't fighting 3 times in 3 rounds now) The byes and the schedule for the first 3 rounds haven't changed. After that there are several changes, so be sure to double check.

I wouldn't want to be ukblueky in this round. Ghost has had the entire first round plus a fight to just sit and plan.
betcha he's going to come on strong out of the gate.

I'm ready for UK and his group of Saturday morning cartoon rejects. I think I know who he'll be throwing at me and my team of Vindicators should not be taken lightly. I'll be ready for Saturday.

Hey, guys. I already let Lady Jay know that I may not be around for my fight with ComicUniversity on Saturday night. My brother in law died about 2 hours ago so I may have to run to NM soon. This came as a total shock and not something we were ready for. I dont want to hold up the game so if you want to postpone or let someone else play my match please go ahead. Whatever you guys decide is fine. Thanks.

I personally have no problem waiting for something like that. It's not my fight and I'm not a game moderator, though. Just letting everyone know that the hold-up wouldn't bother me in the slightest, considering.

I've updated the schedule to run through Round 10. Remember, it will change as teams start getting eliminated. Meanwhile, I'll try to work on making it less of an eye chart

I'm a little confused on the fight dates. Seems some days are repeated like 9-6-12, etc. Is it messed up or am I just stupid? (No need to answer that last question)
