Ever thought of co-promoting with CCL? Buy the comics here, get em graded there. Maybe some sort of discount? ...just a suggestion. Yeah I tried, but I got flack from people here saying that I can't talk about another forum. The posts were immediately deleted, and I got a little upset.Even though my posts were inline with the subject matter, exactly like comicreaders question they said I couldn't talk about them.I even noted that CGC was a paid advertiser on CCL,so some elected mods took their power a little too seriously. That's the dumbest thing I ever heard. You were censored for coming up with that suggestion by a mod? That's actually a great idea, i'm sorry that someone with a power trip deleted your threads. CGC is considered one of the most trusted grading companies in the world, having a partnership with them with "buy your comics here, get them graded here" is a great idea. Kudos for thinking outside the box oak and Wicked collection you have yourself there Go figure!

Are the stories as great as the covers?

Actually yes, I really enjoy the stories. The covers are made to "sell" and are more for eye candy. The interior has nothing to do with the racy covers other than the actual story. Each one is a horror version of a fairy tale. Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, Hansel & Gretel, etc... they all involve a powerful Djinn. If you ever want to check them out, I recommend getting the TPB because the back issues would cost you an arm and a leg. Like Steve (Valiant), I love collecting different covers for certain series. For these I adore the art and the horror story inside.

You know you could pick up the TPB's at your friendly Wicked Comics shop at the cheapest prices online, because no one has the first printing TPB's

Very cool, thanks Oak. I need to take pictures of my regular collection, I have a lot of the books you have (just not in as high as grade as yours). Conan #1, Incredible Hulk #181, Amazing Spider-Man #50, 129 etc... The majority of those books are in VF or better condition. With a small few in F or better. For silver age stuff I basically only collect Fine or better. I have TONS of 12 cent Batman's that you would enjoy (as well as World's Finest).

Two other great covers that i added to my collection. Don't you just love Man-Bat. I love that you get a Jason Bard story as well.
