Twice now this has happened to me, and it is a problem consistent to both the desktop software and through a browser:
While working on a change submission, something takes place, where...while still in editing mode (the icon for the issue record at the top is the notepad without a check mark on it), the icons for the sections (that is, the Item Data, Publishers, Story Arcs, etc) disappears. This renders a condition where no further edits can be made to the record.
I have tried clicking the main icon to exit and re-enter editing mode, I have tried closing and re-opening the software, no go.
The current record in this state is Hellboy: Box Full of Evil #2. Any suggestions?
It sounds like the software on the server side is losing the reservation.

Thanks, S-M, the problem has cleared now, with the icons returning so I can add further info.
Odd thing, this bug that has shown up twice. Good thing it is temporary.

I've had that happen in the past where the browser dies and you just have to wait a few minutes for the opened CR to be released.

I don't think it's a bug as much as it's just the browser and CCL getting hung up in an odd way. The couple times I've had it happen, I've usually been jumping around the CR in a funny way or had multiple tabs open at the same time with CRs.
