Nice suprise today

I was reading my Conan The Barbarian back issues today and I got to issue #100.I took it out of the bag and opened it up and lo and behold on the first page is Mr. Ernie Chan's autograph.Below the signature is the year '83 and this book was released in '79.I looked up Mr Chans signature to see if it looks like what was in my comic and yep the signature in my comic looks to be authentic.I bought this issue from a seller here on CCL for cheap.Apparently he didnt take it out of the bag or just over looked it.Very nice suprise for me seeing as I'm a huge Conan comic fan. Does anyone know if a signature on the inside of a comic is considred equal to one on the cover? Or is it deemed lesser and doesnt hold the same appeal? Guess it doesnt much matter cause I dont plan on selling my Conan comics.
