I recently picked up all these books for a GREAT deal.
Where should I start, and am I missing anything?

You could do it in chronological order. I don't remember exactly but the timeline of each series is noted in each title bio on the website.
There's a lot of good stuff in there. But, I remember the Thrawn adaptations being a bit rough because they had to cut too much content to fit 6 issues.

I'm not sure what you mean regarding missing anything. There are a lot more titles out there for Star Wars, but are you targeting a specific era? Tales of the Jedi are all good series. I agree with SwiftMann about the Thrawn Series.
