Hey all,

I'll be going to Europe soon and would like to pick up a comic or two while I'm there just to have a nerdy memento of my trip.
Anybody know if comics are easy to find in Europe? I'll be in Venice, Innsbruck, and Munich.
I'm not looking for anything in particular, probably just the 'latest' issue of one of the titles I already collect but in Italian or German.
Are comics popular enough in Europe that I can expect to find an LCS while I'm there?

TIA!

It doesn't matter if it's 50 Cents or 50 Dollars - if you list it as NM it better be NM.
Xylob's Most Wanted:

G.I.Joe Special Missions TPB 2
Tales from the Transformers Beast Wars: Critical Mass
Youngblood Bloodsport #2 maybe? can you help identify?

The only comic store I know of in Italy is ItalyComics in Rome:

They do have a sweet Spider-Men variant that they refuse to ship out of the country. hint hint, lmao

In Munich they have the Comic-Company which is supposed to be the largest comic store in Germany or at least the best

I won't be going anywhere near Rome, sorry.

Thanks for the heads-up on Munchen though! I'll definitely check that place out, even if I have to pick a fight with the wife to get some "free" time.

Its cool I sold off my spider-men collection so dont need it anymore, lol

Try to stay dry in Venice though last time I went was flooded. They are supposed to have a few comic stores in Munich so good hunting. I love some of the foreign covers.

Success! Picked up Superman 11 and Green Lantern 13 (actually annual #1) for €5 each. That's cover price, kinda steep at around $6.50 per comic , but many issues contain a "bonus-story" that equals two comics in one. Superman 11 includes a full issue of Supergirl for example.

It doesn't matter if it's 50 Cents or 50 Dollars - if you list it as NM it better be NM.
