That is not the only reason we'd name him so, I personally just like the name as it's similar to my name (Daniel), but without having to call him Jr., lol. The other reason is that the name is very easy to rponounce in both english and french without sounding stupid ( as opposed to Daniel, which whoever knows I'm french.. instantly pronounces my name as "Danielle" cause that's how it sounds in french. I hate it.)
