Hey CCL-ers! Hope you're doing well for a Monday and enjoying it with comics in both hands!

I just wanted to touch base with the community in regards to some technical problems that a few users were experiencing using CCL towards the end of last week and into the weekend:

Last week, CCL experienced a site timeout error from what we believe was a bad actor from another country (we get these every now and then and have for yours, forcing us to monitor access from international customers more closely) who bogged our system down. We intervened and activated stronger security to protect the site...and while this worked, it also caused a few of our users to lose access to information or service on the site over the weekend. Some of you might not have even noticed it and had no issues at all but if you were missing some information or tried to do some CRs and the buttons didn't work right, etc....things didn't work so well.

This morning (Monday) we did some more preventative security measures on CCL which gave access back to those we believe effected and fixed the problems which is awesome!

On our end, we're sorry for any downtime experienced!

On your end, make sure your computer is updated with the latest and greatest updates depending on the system you use.
