Not sure if it's connected but I had a customer today send a message saying that he was putting together an order from me and wanted to remove a couple of books from his cart but they wouldn't go. I asked him what the order # was and what books he was talking about but haven't gotten a reply yet.

The bugs were fixed this morning. How long ago did the customer try to remove them? Maybe it'll work now.

Or just tell him he has to buy them now if he wants the other books.

I just went into your store to buy a book, and was able to remove it at checkout.

His message was at 11:35 last night. He has read my return PM but has not replied. I'm guessing at this point his cart might have timed out and emptied so he can start over? Has bought from me several times before...
