Okay TV has a TON of vampires, so that got me curious to wonder, what’s the most powerful or some of the most powerful TV vampires characters you can think of? Also bonus points if you can just limit it to live action TV otherwise I can easily see people listing a bunch of anime vampires like the ones from the Castlevania anime. Also preferably pure vampires and not some mix hybrid version of one since I know the Vampire Diaries universe does a lot of that mix and matching with other species things.

Here’s some that comes to mind:

Lilith (True Blood)
The first vampire. Her powers has manifested throughout the years that she became resistance to nearly all vampire weakness outside of sunlight which was what killed her. She also developed telekinesis somehow, and pretty strong one at that.

The Mikaelson family (Vampire Diaries and the Originals)
Okay not counting any of the hybrid versions of this family and just the pure vampire ones like Elijah, they’re still pretty powerful. Although granted the whole “invincibility” they claim to have annoys me to no end since it feels more hyperbolic with the Mikaelson’s being more weakness resilient (while still being affected by the typical vampire weaknesses) while other departments the writers are completely reliant on characters being stupid beyond belief as simple questions like “why don’t I just chop the Mikaelson’s heads off?” never crossed their minds and the writers just annoyingly never addressing those questions so they obviously don’t write themselves into a corner.

The Fairmont Family (First Kill)
This family are direct descendants of Lilith from the Garden of Eden which even though the main character Juliette is just the age of a teenage, that means they’re legacy vampires and are harder to kill than your standard vampire on this show.

Yes similar to the Mikaelson family from The Originals/Vampire Diaries, however unlike that family, the Fairmont’s immortality/”invincibility” is more better explained as apparently they’re like Deadpool and chopping up a legacy vampire just means they’ll eventually regenerate a new body. Although we haven’t seen this happen on the show. On top of that, various other vampire weaknesses just flat out has no effect on them.

Although they’re a bit more balanced on the show just because the whole “Superman vampire” powerset isn’t the default. Instead the vampires on this show starts more at Whedonverse vampire power levels and they get additional powers later on. Like how Juliette’s older sister has superspeed while she doesn’t.

Lemuel Bridger (Midnight Texas)
Another show where the creators basically just copied and pasted the vampire powers of True Blood and Vampire Diaries.

However what makes Lemuel different is that he was given the powers to energy drain. Needless to say this is his “clutch” power and even has been shown to be super effective on other vampires as it instantly turns them to dust. All that energy draining might’ve even made Lemuel a little more powerful than a vampire his age should be since he’s been shown to impressively damage resilient during a episode he single handily fought a biker gang with military grade weapons including a rocket launcher.

However even with the additional power, he’s a bit more tolerable than either True Blood and Vampire Diaries mainly because
1) Unlike True Blood where vampires are Superman and every other supernatural creature is as weak and pathetic as a human, Midnight Texas is more in line from what I heard Charlaine Harris intended which is the supernatural creatures are more evenly matched in a fight. Which is the case for Midnight Texas as a basically all the supernatural creatures can more than hold their own against a TB/VD vampire if not outright win that fight.
2) Midnight Texas also easily has the most fleshed out creature roster out of TB or TVD and majority of them Lemuel either can’t beat in a fight or can’t even do anything effective against. His energy really is his clutch power as it’s the only way he doesn’t get wiped out like all the other TB/VD vampires that’s been on the show.

Feel free to add to the list.

Not sure where this guy would rank in the overall Power List but how about Cassidy from Preacher?

He's got the usual vampire powers (immortality, superhuman strength, speed, durability, regeneration, etc.) and is also a decent fighter although he tends to fight "dirty". It's been ages seen I've seen the show so I can't quite remember how he did against other supernatural beings but I believe that he at least held his own,
