Added this issue to my collection, but can't sell or delete it.

Ran through the whole thing on my end, was able to add, list, delist, and delete.

Update:

Yep, now I have books that won't delete after delisting.

Update: nothing will delete.

Looking into this.

If it matters these issues all had recent change requests.

The books I'm trying to delete were newly listed for sale in the last week or so.

They will delist from the store, but not delete from my collection.

BTW - I just tried and Deleting seems to work for me.

I also tested...added, delisted, priced, edited over and over again this without any problems.

However, it is entirely possible that something happened when CCL had the timeout error yesterday and was trying to do work at the exact same time on this particular book (listing and selling) and it's causing a problem for the folks who were working on it. I'm just throwing that out as a possibility but we're going to look into it.

For the sellers who are experiencing a problem: are you still experiencing the problem with a different book?

I tried deleting a book I've had sitting in "My Owned" for six months. Didn't work.

I picked a book from my store that's been listed forever. I was able to delist it from my store, but it will not delete from "My Owned." Worse, it won't let me relist it for sale now.

When I hit the "Delete" or "Sell" button, the button will outline, but nothing happens when I click on it. It's like no page is trying to load.

Ok, I tried turning off and turning on my device. Didn't help.

I tried using a different browser. In this case, Firefox. That didn't work, either.

Side note: Firefox says CCL is not a trusted website. When I bypassed the warnings, none of the images on the website would load. So I don't know what that's all about.

I can add books, but I'm unable to edit paid price or add in notes for them...

Update 4 or 5:

Found another bug. When you look at a message from a customer, their handle is clickable, so you can see the user's history. The links to click on past feedback are now a jumbled mess.

I can't delete or sell any new releases books. I can add them into inventory that's about it

I’ve had the same issue. I wrote Steve:

Recent Apple updates may have broken the item updating for editing records. The Delete and Update functions in editing or selling owned items don’t work.

IOS 18.6.2 is on my phone now. The features worked previously, so I wonder if a recent Apple update broke them?

Now I can’t sell owned items from my phone. I edit the item, hit SELL and nothing happens. This is only on my Apple phone. The web interface on my laptop works as it should.

I don't think it's an Apple thing. I use Android and am getting the bugs. Interesting that your laptop works fine. I haven't heard Howie chime in. I believe he uses a desktop exclusively, so he might not be having the same problems. I've been without my desktop for a while so I can't check. Maybe I'll head over to the library and log in to see what happens.

Steve told me the site was attacked Thursday or so, and this all may be related. Andrew is on vacation, so there isn't a lot he can do remotely to dig into the problem. Think he gets back Monday.

Glad I checked the forums, was just about to post about the same thing.

Tried to update my statues a few nights ago and accidentally hit the "add" button when I was clicking the entry....and did it again once inside and noticed I added another item. Neither Edit nor Delete will work for me. I've tried it on Android (the Samsung browser, not the app) and on the laptop running the latest version of Windows. No go. :(

I use a desktop when adding/listing inventory, and I am experiencing the same challenge. I am unable to edit as well.

I attempted to sell one of the offending issues via my phone( Android), and no luck

I have been able to add and edit books today working on a desktop running Windows 10 with no problems.
