Can I only make 1 change request per issue at a time?

Just noticed recently when trying to additional variants for the same issue, it says there is already a change request submitted and it won't let me proceed.

Is this correct?

Making sure this is part of the process and not a glitch.

You need to change the variant letter to the next in line since your first submission hasn't been approved yet.
