"Peril of the Paired Planets"
A being known as Creator 2 has captured Red Tornado and plans to use him in his observations of the worlds known as Earth 1 and 2. While viewing both worlds, he determines that select people on each world must be neutralized to prevent continued calamities these worlds.

Note: Spectre, Wonder Woman, Mister Terrific appear as Earth-2 characters. Lois Lane appears as an Earth-3 character. Hawkman of Earth 1 and 2 both appear.
