Namor and Lady Dorma come across a domed underwater city, and Namor is enraged that mankind is establishing a foothold in his domain. The scientist in charge of the project, Dr. Walter Newell explains to Namor that the mission is a peaceful means to harvest food for mankind. Namor insists on its immediate removal, but before the conversation is over, the deadly Lord Parnival Plunder, Ka-Zar's brother swoops in demanding control over the city...or its destruction.

"A World He Never Made!"

The Hulk is captive aboard a spaceship headed to the planet colonized by the High Evolutionary. The High Evolutionary needs the Hulk, as his experiments with the New Men have gone horribly awry, and only the strength of the Hulk will control them. The Hulk's ship encounters a cosmic storm, reverting the Hulk to Dr. Bruce Banner. He is greeted by the High Evolutionary who treats him as a peer, until Banner is trapped. The High Evolutionary has become unstable and plans to push Banner's evolutionary development a million years ahead.
