Hawk confronts Duke about his actions that helped get Destro arrested in Sierra Gordo. Destro makes a deal with the UN council to secure his release by promising to deliver Cobra Commander.

Introduction of Wraith. Major Bludd & Scrap Iron were captured during the battle on Cobra Island.
