The Penguin plots to kidnap Cal Ripken, Jr. during a parade for the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation. Luckily Batman is there to stop the Penguin, although the newly inducted hall-of-famer might not even need the help.

This version was given out to the first 10,000 fans under the age of 14 at the June 4, 2007 Orioles game at Camden Yards. Some copies were also given away as prizes at Geppi's Entertainment Museum in Baltimore. The interior of this version is the same as insert edition provided in several Archie, DC, Bongo comics published in May-July 2007 with the new cover attached over the original.
