Item Bio
"I Discovered Gorgilla! The Monster of Midnight Mountain!"
The young archeologist is certain that he will find the remains of the missing link in Borneo, and when he gets there with his expedition, he is shocked when the natives say the creature is alive. This story parallels that of King Kong, but differs at the critical point in the story when the scientists decide to leave the monster in his habitat, rather than capture him. 7 pages.
Reprinted in Monsters on the Prowl #9 and Weird Wonder Tales #21.

"The Sorcerer"
2 pages, text only.

"My Nightmare Has No End!"
A man's dreams all end in the same fashion...with a shadowy figure watching him. Finally, the figure fully manifests, explaining that it is an alien that has managed to enter our dimension through the man's dream state. He offers to trade places with the man, explaining his world is a paradise. The man accepts and finds out the harsh truth behind the alien's lie. 6 pages.
Reprinted in Fear #4 and Tomb of Darkness #19, and in Fantasy Masterpieces (Vol 1) #4, retitled "I Am the Beast Man!".

"Save Me! Save Me!"
A scientist uses his knowledge to modify his structure so that he can walk on water, all for the opportunity to steal government secrets. He needs rescue when he discovers what happens when he then tries to walk on land. 5 pages.
Reprinted in Fear #3.

"A Monster Waits Outside!!"
An astronaut is launched in an experimental sphere to test man's ability to endure space travel. The man is attacked in space by a monster, and when he comes to back on Earth, he is told that it all must have been a hallucination brought on by the stress, but the claw embedded in the ship hull suggests otherwise. 5 pages.
Reprinted in Fear #3.
