A factory worker whom Diana Prince befriended when he was being bullied by other workers, accidently falls into a chemical vat and is transformed into a virtual Paper-Man. After this bizarre transformation he uses his new abilities to impress the woman he now loves, Diana Prince, by stealing all sorts of things to give as gifts.

The villainous Dr. Psycho uses his skills to spilt Wonder Woman into three individuals, two of which have polar-opposite personalities of the original.
