"When Titans Clash!"
The team enjoys a few moments of R&R as Scott tries to control his optical blasts but instead awakens a new enemy, the Super Adaptoid. Meanwhile, back at the institute, Rankin is dismissed from school by Charles but as he leaves, the X-Men are stunned by the Super Adaptoid and it is Rankin to their rescue, defeating the Adaptoid.
